How to make lemon mint juice at home

 

Lemon Mint Juice




 Ingredients:-

      Lemon - 14 - 15 lemon size (1/2 kg)

      Sugar - 5 cups (1 kg)

      Mint - 1 bunch (1 cup leaves)

      Ginger - 1 inch long piece

      Black salt - 1 tsp

 

 Method:-

 • Put the sugar in a vessel, mix the third part of water with sugar (mix 300 kg of water or 1 1/2 cup of water in 1 kg of sugar).

 

 • Keep this sugar water solution to cook on fire.  After the sugar dissolves and boils in the solution, cook it for 5-6 minutes, if you see it between the finger and thumb of your hand, it sticks a little.  Sugar solution has been set off, and keep the solution to cool down.

 • Wash the lemon and squeeze out all the lemon juice.  Wash mint leaves 2 times with clean water, peel and wash ginger.

 

 • Finely grind mint and ginger from the mixer.  Do not use water while grinding mint, instead grind it with a little sugar solution.

 • Mix mint and ginger paste in cold sugar solution, add lemon juice, black salt and mix.  Sieve the syrup.  Lemon mint paste concentrate is ready.  You can fill this syrup in a dry clean bottle of glass or plastic and keep it in your fridge.and drink when you want.
