How to make flour pudding at home

 

Flour pudding



 Ingredients:-

·      flour - 100 grams (1 cup)

·      Ghee - 80 grams (1/3 cup)

·      Sugar - 100 grams (half cup)

·      Cashew - 10 (cut into small pieces)

·      Pistachio - 8-10 (finely cut into length)

·      Raisins - 1 tbsp (remove the stalk and wash)

·      Small cardamom - 4-5 (finely grind)

 

 Method:-

·      Sieve the flour, add half the ghee in the pan and roast it with a spoon, stirring constantly, until it turns brown and smells good.

 

o  To the flour, add three times the amount of flour (3 cups of water) and sugar, stir the dough with a spoon until all its kernels are finished, add chopped cashews and raisins.  And let the halwa cook on low flame.  Be sure to stir the halwa with a spoon so that the halwa does not fall under the pan.

 

·      After the pudding is thick, mix half the ghee with the remaining ghee and cook the pudding while stirring continuously with a spoon, the pudding is thick and does not even stick to the edges of the pan, that is, the pudding is made.  Turn off the fire and mix cardamom and remaining ghee in the halwa.

 

o  Atta Halwa is ready, take out the Wheat Flour Halwa in a bowl and garnish it with finely chopped cashews and pistachios.  Serve hot Wheat Flour Halwa and eat.

 

o  Dry fruits added to the Wheat Flour Halwa, you can do more than you like.
