Maggi:-
Maggi was the first to bring protein-rich legume meals to the market and followed up with a ready-made soup based on legume meals in 1886. After that Julius Maggi introduced bouillon concentrates, first in capsules, then in cubes. In 1897, Julius Maggi founded the company Maggi GmbH in Singen, Germany.
Ingredients we needed to prepare Maggi:-
1. 2 Packets of Noddles.
2. 1 Piece of Onion.
3. 1 Piece of Carrot.
4. 250 Grams of Chopped Beans.
5. 0.5 Cup Of Cabbage.
6. 1 Piece Of Chopped Capsicum.
7. 1 Piece Of Tomato.
8. 1 Teaspoon Of Soy Sauce.
9. 0.5 Cup Of Green Peas.
10. 1 Teaspoon Of Salt.
11. 1 Teaspoon Of Red Chilli Powder.
12. 1 Pinch Of Turmeric.
13. 4 Teaspoon Of Oil.
Method Of Preparing Of Maggi:-
Step No. 1:- Take 4 teaspoon oil in a frying pan and heat it after the oil heated add chopped onion and fry it until it becomes golden brown. Then add tomatoes and fry them until the oil separates from the paste. Now add chopped carrots, beans and cabbage to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes. after frying add red chilli powder, turmeric, Maggi masala powder, soy sauce, and salt as per taste fry it for 1-2 minutes.
Step No. 2:- Now add three cups of water to the pan and boil for 2 minutes then add two packets of noodles to the pan.
Step No. 3:- Cover the pan with a lid and boil it for 6-7 minutes till noodles are fully cooked.
Step No. 4:- Add some water if required during cooking of noodles now add the chopped capsicum and mix it.
Step No. 5:- Serve hot along with french fries and enjoy it.
