Gram
flour pudding
Ingredients:-

Gram flour - 1 cup
·
Milk - 1 cup
·
Sugar - 1 cup
·
Ghee - 1/3 cup (about 70 grams)
·
Cardamom - 4
·
Pistachios - 1 tbsp
Method:-
• Dissolve gram flour in milk. Make it very smooth and then cover it for 5
minutes.
• Cut the pistachios finely and thinly. Peel cardamom and grind it and make powder.
• Take a pan and heat ghee in it. If the pan is of nonstick then it would be
better. Put all the ghee in this pan,
just keep a small spoon. When the ghee
melts, add the gram flour to the milk.
Roast it for 2 minutes till it becomes light brown from the bottom.
• Turn the gram flour over when it gets
slightly roasted. There is no need to
keep it like a scream. Allow the second
surface to roast lightly. Now mash it
with the help of a spoon and fry it on low and medium flame while stirring
continuously. When the gram flour starts
appearing brown and smells good, then your gram flour is ready to roast. It will take about 12-15 minutes.
• Gram flour is roasted. Add a cup of water and sugar and mix. Cook it while stirring it until it thickens
and leaves the bottom of the pot.
• Gram flour pudding is ready. Take it out in a bowl and pour the saved ghee
from above. Add pistachios and
garnish. Eat hot Halwa gram flour
delicious.
