Corn Soup
Ingredients:-
• Sweet Corn (Corn) 3 cups
• 4 cups of water
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:-
• Heat the butter in a cooker, roast corn den
in it for a while, then add water and salt and whistle, after one whistle, cook
for 5 minutes on low flame for 5 minutes, let cool.
• After cooling, keep two tablespoons of the
grains separately, grind the remaining Corns in the mixer, put the powdered Corns
in the cooker again and keep them on the gas, cook until the water starts
boiling and You can mix black pepper
powder and the rest of the seeds and serve hot.
