How to make a chinese veg soup at home

 

Chinese Veg Soup



Ingredients:-

 1/2 capsicum

ʉۢ 1 cabbage leaf

ʉۢ 1/4 Tomato

ʉۢ 1 onion

ʉۢ 1 carrot

ʉۢ 1 spinach leaf

ʉۢ 1 small cauliflower

ʉۢ 1 French Bean

ʉۢ 3-4 mint leaves

ʉۢ 3-4 green coriander leaves

ʉۢ 1/4 tsp ginger (chopped)

ʉۢ 1 clove garlic

ʉۢ 1/2 tsp red chili powder

ʉۢ 1/2 tsp soy sauce

 Salt to taste,

 1 tsp oil,

ʉۢ 1 tbsp cornflour

 3 cups of water

ʉۢ 1/2 tsp sugar.

 

 Method:-

 â€¢ Finely chop all the vegetables.  Heat the oil in the pan, add all the vegetables and stir for 5 minutes, add 3 cups of water, and let it boil.

 â€¢ Add cornflour to the remaining water and add it to the soup and allow the soup to boil.  When the soup becomes thick, add soy sauce, salt, sugar-crushed chili to it.

ʉۢ Serve well mixed with vinegar with green chili and soy sauce.
