How to make a chinese veg soup at home

 

Chinese Veg Soup



Ingredients:-

 1/2 capsicum

 • 1 cabbage leaf

 • 1/4 Tomato

 • 1 onion

 • 1 carrot

 • 1 spinach leaf

 • 1 small cauliflower

 • 1 French Bean

 • 3-4 mint leaves

 • 3-4 green coriander leaves

 • 1/4 tsp ginger (chopped)

 • 1 clove garlic

 • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

 • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

 Salt to taste,

 1 tsp oil,

 • 1 tbsp cornflour

 3 cups of water

 • 1/2 tsp sugar.

 

 Method:-

 • Finely chop all the vegetables.  Heat the oil in the pan, add all the vegetables and stir for 5 minutes, add 3 cups of water, and let it boil.

 • Add cornflour to the remaining water and add it to the soup and allow the soup to boil.  When the soup becomes thick, add soy sauce, salt, sugar-crushed chili to it.

 • Serve well mixed with vinegar with green chili and soy sauce.
