How to make mix vegetable soup

 

Mix Vegetable Soup



 Ingredients:-

      Carrot - 1 medium size (take small cuttings)

      Cauliflower - one-fourth cabbage (one bowl chopped)

      Green peas - half bowl

      Capsicum - 1 medium size (remove seeds, finely chop)

      Ginger - 1-inch long piece (grated finely or 1 tsp paste)

      Corn flour - 1 tbsp

      Butter - 2 tablespoons

      Black pepper - half a teaspoon

      White Chili - half a teaspoon

      Salt - as per taste

      Lemon - half

      Green Coriander - 1 Tbsp (chopped)

 

 Method:

 All the vegetables have been washed and pre-cut.

 • Solve the cornflour in 2 tablespoons of water (do not get kernels).

 

 • In a heavy bottom vessel, heat butter by adding butter.  Add ginger paste, all the chopped vegetables.  Stir the vegetables in butter and fry on low flame for 2 minutes.  Now cover the vegetables and let them cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

 

 • Add 600 grams of water, cornflour solution, black pepper, white pepper, chili sauce, and salt to the vegetable.  Stir continuously until the soup comes to a boil.

 After boiling, cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.  Turn the gas off.  Add lemon juice and green coriander and some butter in the soup and mix.

 • Mix Veg Soup is ready.  Serve hot and drink.
