How to make vegetable noodle soup at home

 

Vegetable Noodle Soup




 Ingredients:-

       Tomato - 2 (medium size)

       Carrot - 1 (medium size)

       Capsicum - 1 (medium size)

       Green Peas - half bowl (peeled)

       Noodle - 50-60 grams

       Butter - 2 tablespoons

       Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)

       Ginger - 1-inch long piece (grated)

       Salt - as per taste

       Black pepper - half a teaspoon

       White Chili - half a teaspoon

       Lemon - half lemon juice

       Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

 

 Method:-

 • Wash and finely chop tomatoes and carrots.  Wash capsicum, remove seeds and chop them finely.

 

 • Put butter in a thick vessel and heat it.  Add green chili and ginger to the butter.  Fry for 1 minute while stirring with a spoon.  Add peas and fry for 2 minutes, now add tomatoes, carrots, and capsicum and fry for 3-4 minutes.

 

 • After roasting the vegetables add 700 grams of water.  After the water comes to a boil, add the noodle, after boiling again, cook it for 4-5 minutes while stirring on low flame.

 

 • Add salt, white pepper, and black pepper and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.  Turn the gas off.  Add lemon juice.  Your Vegetable Noodle Soup is ready.

 

 • Serve with hot vegetable noodle soup, butter and green coriander.
