Vegetable Noodle Soup
Ingredients:-
• Tomato - 2 (medium size)
• Carrot - 1 (medium size)
• Capsicum - 1 (medium size)
• Green Peas - half bowl (peeled)
• Noodle - 50-60 grams
• Butter - 2 tablespoons
• Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
• Ginger - 1-inch long piece (grated)
• Salt - as per taste
• Black pepper - half a teaspoon
• White Chili - half a teaspoon
• Lemon - half lemon juice
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
(finely chopped)
Method:-
• Wash and finely chop tomatoes and
carrots. Wash capsicum, remove seeds and
chop them finely.
• Put butter in a thick vessel and heat
it. Add green chili and ginger to the
butter. Fry for 1 minute while stirring
with a spoon. Add peas and fry for 2 minutes,
now add tomatoes, carrots, and capsicum and fry for 3-4 minutes.
• After roasting the vegetables add 700 grams
of water. After the water comes to a boil,
add the noodle, after boiling again, cook it for 4-5 minutes while stirring on
low flame.
• Add salt, white pepper, and black pepper and
cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Turn
the gas off. Add lemon juice. Your Vegetable Noodle Soup is ready.
• Serve with hot vegetable noodle soup, butter
and green coriander.
