How to make veg pulao at home

 

Veg Pulao




Ingredients:-

 • Basmati rice - 200 grams or 2 small bowl

• Lemon-1

• Desi ghee or refined oil - a large spoon or even less

• Cumin - a small spoon

• Cloves - break into 3-4 pieces

• Large cardamom - peel off 1-2 grains

• Green Chili - 1 ( Finely chopped)

• French beans - 50 grams or 15-16

Capsicum - 2 finely chopped

Cabbage - 50 grams finely cut

• Green fresh peas - peeled a bowl

• Green coriander- Half bowl finely cut

• Salt - according to taste

 

Method:-

 • Wash the rice thoroughly and soak them in half a cube of water.

• If made in microwave

 

• Add the soaked rice to the bowl in the microwave and add double the water to it, and add lemon juice and salt, now cover the rice and cook in the microwave for 12 minutes. After seeing the rice, you know that the rice has been cooked. Take it out of the microwave, and open the lid.

 

• Put pan on gas. Add the ghee and make it hot, and now add the cumin, after the cumin is brown, add the cloves, cardamom grains, and green chili, fry a minute and now add all the green vegetables and salt, go through the buds till 2-3 minutes Fry. Now cover the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid and see that the vegetables are lightly cooked. Now add the rice in these vegetables and run it through the buds till 2 minutes. Pulao is ready.

 

• If pulao is to be made on gas

 

So put the ghee in the cooker and make it hot, now add the cumin, after roasting the cumin, roast the clove and cardamom grains and green chili and fry for 1 minute. Now put all the vegetables. Fry for 2 minutes, and now add rice and fry again for 2 minutes. And add double the water from the rice, now add the lemon juice and salt. Close the cooker. As soon as the presser arrives in the cooker, turn off the gas. Open the cooker after 5 minutes. Pulao is ready.

 

• Remove the pulao in a bowl or large plate. Decorate with green coriander. Serve with pickle or green sauce.
